The Grand Central Tech Residency gathers ~25 pre-series A companies and founders in NYC, providing free rent for a year with no equity commitment or strings attached. We screen for domain expertise and entrepreneurial experience, ultimately selecting founders who aspire to join a tight-knit community of talented operators. 191 Alumni companies have gone on to raise $3.7B+ in top-tier venture funding.

For pre-seed/seed stage teams building venture-scale companies or individuals launching a venture within 6 months
No rent for your team at our building at 335 Madison Ave
No Equity commitment to join - Company Ventures will seek to invest alongside a round at your company's terms
